FYI – EWM has an IT dept which handles any and all of our tech inquiries and it is live.
This morning, while rushing to read my emails before our sales meeting, I encountered “Franctic Mode” as I was unable to open my Microsoft Outlook. We tried all we could at the office to no avail. Frantically, I went to “live help” and believe me it was my salvation. Our “IT” guru (whose name will be kept anonymous so that he doesn’t get too many wedding proposals) was so helpful and put my mind as ease. He assisted me in record time and it just helped me start my day in a positive way.
I’m very proud of you guys……thank you!!
