EWM’s “IT” S u p e r b Department!

FYI – EWM has an IT dept which handles any and all of our tech inquiries and it is live.

This morning, while rushing to read my emails before our sales meeting, I encountered “Franctic Mode” as I was unable to open my Microsoft Outlook. We tried all we could at the office to no avail. Frantically, I went to “live help” and believe me it was my salvation. Our “IT” guru (whose name will be kept anonymous so that he doesn’t get too many wedding proposals) was so helpful and put my mind as ease. He assisted me in record time and it just helped me start my day in a positive way.

I’m very proud of you guys……thank you!!

    Thanks for your comments…I always hesitate to call the IT people, as I usually feel like an idiot. Now I will feel free to drive them crazy!

    They are the best and really do a great job every day! They deserve some “kudos” too since most of what they do is unseen. It’s one of the many reasons it is so wonderful to work and be apart of the EWM family…we have the best staff and our IT guys are among the most talented!

    I agree…our IT department is one of the best I have ever worked with. They are quick to respond and fix whatever problem I have ever had.

    It sounds like you were helped by Onan. =) The last time I called it was a problem I was having because I had disabled one of my settings on my own. I felt like such a fool but he didn’t laugh at me. Yes, EWM’s tech dept. rocks!

    They are great! When I joined EWM, I logged into Live Help and Chuck remotely set up my Laptop with the right Printer Settings for the Office. And then, today, Onan was very helpful on Live Help with getting a system glitch fixed with my Listings in the Ad System. Can’t say enough great things about them!
