DO YOU WANT TO RULE YOUR NICHE?
First before we start, a lingo lesson.
You do not write a blog, you author a blog and write individual posts. For example, you wouldn’t say: “I need to get off the phone because I have to write a blog or Kevin Tomlinson is going to write one about “Snapper Creek Real Estate” and take all of my business away.” You would say: “I need to get off the phone because I have to write a post, or blog post, or Kevin Tomlinson is going to write one about “Snapper Creek Real Estate” and take all of my business away.”
Now to the good stuff. Writing more effective blog posts WITH integrity and “keyword rich” content is the key to being ranked high in google. The more efficient your posts are written with regard to your title and content, the higher they will rank for keywords like “Ponce/Davis Real Estate for Sale.”
There are two things you need to focus on when writing blog posts:
1. The title of the post (must be keyword-rich). The best way to write your title is in “Title Case.” Here is an example of “title case”: “Kevin Tomlinson Voted Hottest Real Estate Agent.” Typically “small” words like and & the are not capped, BUT investigate/learn (on your own) by reading other GOOD blogger’s posts. Grammar, spelling and sentence structure are critical —ask Susie Friedman.
2. Having keyword-rich content.
