A Word from the Blogerator… On Listing Posts

Greetings from North Carolina… yes, I am blogerating on vacation, so there might be a bit of a delay. I make every effort to check in twice a day to make sure your posts are getting up in a timely manner.

I do notice that some essential elements of blog posts on your listings are missing most of the time. I see that Karen has helped you all incorporate great neighborhood details and excellent descriptions of the property. However, all of this good writing goes down the drain when you forget the address and the price.

So, in each listing post remember to include:

1. The address, including city

2. The price.

3. Pictures – decent ones

4. A link to your website page of the listing or to the EWM page… Buyers will want more information. The more information you provide, the better quality buyer you will find. It works!

Thanks and Happy Blogging.

    Beth,

    Thanks for the reminder…
Is there any way to remove my previous blog about my Willims Island property. I want to do it again with all the info you suggested.

Again, thanks for reading our blogs and providing us your observations.

Guilty as charged! I get so wrapped up in describing the properties that I forget to tell folks where they are!! Thanks for the reminder!

    Beth,
hope North Carolina is wonderful at this time of the year, we usually go right after Labor Day to avoid all the crowds in and around Blowing Rock, have you been there? If not, you must visit, quaint shops, great restaurants and great hiking.
How about the Real Estate market up there, still booming?
    Regards,

    Hey Kent:

NC is beautiful and we have had a really great time. The market here is slow as well, the spring selling season is underway and folks I have talked to are hopeful. Prices are holding – but I do think they will come down a bit. I love Blowing Rock… it is about 1 hour North of us and we go often.
