Don’t you just hate all the phones calls back and forth, the mortgage broker who doesn’t return your calls, or the Title company who isn’t communicating with anyone. It gets to the point when I am near to closing I have practically memorized everyone’s phone numbers involved in a transaction – even the cell #’s to the assistants.
Just the other day I closed on a deal where my buyer used EWM Title and HomeServices Lending. What a difference that made!! Homes Services gets an A + from me, specifically, Ariel Segall and Misty Slater. Between Ariel’s detail and follow up and Misty’s reliability I never had to do anything except make sure my client came to closing. They all returned my calls and/or emails. I always felt they were in control. Both my clients and the selling agent was so impressed how easy and quick the closing went.
Both Ariel and Misty not only made me look good but EWM as well. Way to go and I can’t say thank you enough. Cheers!!
