Scan (IN COLOR, PLEASE) the following documents into our wonderful color copiers and download them from your e-mail as separate pdfs (or as one single pdf) to upload into your listing as MLX attachments:
- Owner’s Disclosure
- HOA Addendum
- Affiliated Company Business Disclosure
- Floor Plan
- Elevation Certificate
- Survey
- Site plan of the community
- Relo addenda or any special addenda
- Short sale addenda
- Foreclosure addenda
