As you aware by now, the Ethics class deadline is December 31, 2008. Be sure to check with your Board to assure that you have received proper credit.
If you take the class online (Realtor.org) or perhaps your local Board has a link to the materials, be advised that you must pay attention to what you are reading and take notes. There is a test at the end; and if you do not pass, you will not get credit.
I just looked online at r-world.com (RAGFL) under my account number and education, and below was the evidence I needed that the Education Department gave me credit for the class. It has been a challenge with the Boards to make sure you’ve been credited with the classes taken at EWM Realtors. We have done our best to make sure that your names have been submitted; however, again, please double check with your Board to make sure that you have received proper credit. Some of you have changed Boards since EWM started the classes in 2007; and therefore, all your names and license numbers were submitted to all Boards in an abundance of caution.
Recently I sent out certificates for those who either misplaced or never received them from the EWM classes. If you do not receive a certificate by Friday, December 19, 2008, please e-mail me at [email protected]. If you are on my master list, I will be sure that your certificate is printed and delivered to your office.
