If the EWM Marketing Department offered you a FREE ad, would you want it? Seriously, totally free – no strings attached. What a question! Do Realtors have listings? Do Sellers drive you crazy?? Do your Ad Bills give you indigestion??? YES, YES, YES — bring on the FREEBIES!!! No, this isn’t a tease. We really have figured out ways to help you market your listings and they won’t cost you a penny.

First, we’re making videos of your listings and uploading them to EWMtv, YouTube and on Facebook . Videos are complete with photos, music, associate contact info and a link to your property’s page on ewm.com. Good deal, right?

Oh, you want more? No problem — how about this … we’re posting blogs with facts and photos of your listings on blog.ewm.com. Our public site. You know — the site where people who might actually buy a property go to find the properties they might actually buy. Just like with the videos, each post has a link to your property’s page on ewm.com. That’s where all the eloquent remarks you wrote for MLX and all the beautiful photos you uploaded through My Listing Manager (at EWMRealtors.com) show up for the world to see.

You did upload your photos, didn’t you? Did you have professional photos taken? Did you wisely decide to save money and take a bunch of photos yourself?

Did you DO ANYTHING AT ALL ABOUT PHOTOS????

It honestly doesn’t matter how photographically challenged you or your listings are – you need to take pictures. All our nifty marketing ideas are predicated on the assumption that you:

1.    Have a property you want to sell
2.    Want tons of exposure
3.    Don’t want to pay tons of money for advertising
4.    HAVE PHOTOS!!!

Here’s an example of how the FREE stuff works. Ivy Carneiro has a listing on Brickell at Santa Maria. She hired a photographer and uploaded the photos he took through My Listing Manager. We heard there were some great pix of the apartment, so we grabbed them (yes — if you can upload them, we can download them). Ivy got all this and she didn’t have to pay a penny or lift a finger. Yes, she hired a photographer, but she would have done that anyway. It’s not like she did it just to take advantage of this marketing offer. You definitely positively don’t have to have professional photos for us to give you the red carpet treatment. Hire a photographer, don’t hire a photographer … one way or another GET PHOTOS of your listing and upload them. We’ll do the rest!
