Need a rental house for 5 UM students

These students would prefer a 5 bedroom house, in close commuting distance to the University of Miami, and a swimming pool would also be a big PLUS!  Please contact me with your recommendations.  Susan Morton 305-778-7091

    Gables Ordinance limits occupancy to only 3 different last names … although it is common practice for more than 3 unrelated individuals to lease a property in the Gables. RED ROAD COMMONS is brand new… and is available for occupancy… built by Coastal Construction – for UM students primarity. It’s located on the west side of RED ROAD, just north of US 1… and has no restrictions as to the number of occupants. There’s a trailer, where you can register your prospective tenants (Register each and every one of them, as they CAN accept leases in one name… allowing the tenant to find their own roomates) Obviously these are not houses … but it is an alternative for college students who don’t want to live in on-campus housing. The complex is quite nice… with common areas, pool… Commission is $500.00 FLAT RATE.
