Quad Ethics Class Completed for August

I have visited the following offices for the Ethics Class during the month of August, 2007:

Weston (Weston Town Center, SW Broward and Plantation), Las Olas,

Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables and today — Aventura. (6x!!!)

MIAMI BEACH is cancelled for Friday and will be given at a later date as well as Key Biscayne and Brickell Key.

There will be a make-up day for Dade and for Broward — possibly during the month of October.

Remember — my first grandchild is being born at the end of October, so I will be boot-scootin’ to Georgia.

The classes have been fun because the agents have been so attentive and have made it that way. Thank you all. I’ve learned alot and have had great feedback from all of you. Each attendee will receive a certificate (suitable for framing).

An agent came to me today and showed me his Ethics Certificate from 2003 and thought he did not have to attend. He does! When in doubt, check with your manager and attend the make-up sessions (to be announced).

Remember — this is a NAR thing not a FREC thing — however, same is MANDATORY. All attendees’ names will be turned into Beth Butler as soon as I complete my excel spreadsheet for her to turn into NAR.
