Good news for home buyers. It looks like the first time home buyers tax credit will be extended into 2010. The Senate approved the extension of the existing credit of $8,000 of and is offering a $6,500 credit to repeat buyers who have owned their current home for at least 5 years.
If the bill passes the house it looks like many more buyers will be able to take advanatge of the tax credit.
