This three part commercial real estate presentation is designed for both the novice wanting to learn more about commercial real estate opportunities to the experienced broker wanting to improve marketing and negotiation skills.

Instructor – Tom Dixon is the 2004 Chairman of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, a for­mer pres­i­dent of the Miami Society of Commercial Realtors. A res­i­dent of Miami for over 40 years, he moved to Miami after obtain­ing a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction and a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Florida. He was an active appraiser for over 15 years and held the des­ig­na­tion of MAI (Member Appraisal Institute) Tom was rec­og­nized in the 2008 edi­tion of Miami Today’s Best of Miami as an out­stand­ing role model, as the “IADC” Industrial Association of Dade County “2001 Broker of the Year” and Finalist for the Ernest and Young “Best Real Estate Deal of the Year.
