Exciting news for our Miami Herald Monthly Elite Ad … beginning June 6th!
The attached sample ad shows the larger-size color ads, which will be the largest in The Herald.
We’ve been able to re-position our Sunday Monthly Elite Ad in the Miami Herald Home & Design Section from the black & white half-page that we ran a few times this spring to a full-page, full-color ad. The Elite Ad will directly follow our Page 3 ewm page, which will continue to run each week in its current format. In addition to the Miami-Dade North and South zoned Elite Ads for homes & condos priced in excess of $2 million, you will now also have an opportunity to advertise homes & condos priced less than $2 million with larger color pictures in a new section at the bottom of this same page.
The Miami Herald Broward zoned ad will be called Style, designed for homes and condos priced in excess of $1 million, followed by a section at the bottom of this page for homes & condos priced less than $1 million.
The first Sunday for this new page is June 6th. The deadline for submitting your ads for this edition is Friday, May 28th.

Our plan is to run this ad once a month. There will be only 12 Elite / Style positions in each of the three zones per month, so don’t wait to place your ads. Placement will be on a first come, first serve basis. The structure of this ad size and its distribution make it a very cost effective tool in reaching our luxury markets.
EWM is now averaging one sale of a $1 million+ home or condo every 36 hours… 245 sales in the past 12 months! This segment of the market has been steadily strengthening for the past year and EWM has been leading the rebound. The Elite/Style program provides an excellent listing tool for you to add more of these properties to your inventory. Don’t wait to submit your ads.
