I have clients who are looking for a 5 bedroom house in Pinecrest, with a larger lot, measuring over 20,000 square feet. They would prefer to be in Pinecrest Elementary or Palmetto Elementary. They are looking for a house selling for 1.1 maximum. If you have a listing whose owner would entertain a 6 or 7 month rental, with option to buy, please let me know.
