For the Winter 2010 Issue, Luxury Portfolio is going to offer this as a co-op opportunity. However, this co-op will differ slightly from some of LP’s other offerings due to the format and nature of the magazine. Their desire is to have the most elegant ad in the book. Please see the sample layout below and note it includes location, price, and company and web ID. But for the Winter Issue they will also be including Agent Name and Telephone Number!
Also please note that because of the design nature of the publication all co-op ads and photography are subject to approval.
