    Nick,

    I don’t recommend anyone in construction because they are only as good as their last job. However, I had someone remodel my home recently and I was satisfied with his performance. He is also doing a large expansion and remodeling across the street from me. His name is Jorge Milian and phone number is 305 776-8123.

    Nick – I have a great guy that I use a lot. His name is Armin Nico, Nico Builders: 305-868-5768. He is not cheap, but his prices are fair and he is meticulous, reliable and guarnatees his work.
