    Elena – Good Morning. We’ve worked with Bank of America’s Equator System. Attorneys: Scott Perdigon (Perdigon Law) and/or the law offices of Jackie Salcines have handled the legal aspects of those short sales on behalf of us/ and our clients. Both attorneys are familiar with the equator system.

    Elena, I am currently working on two BOA short sales using Equator, BPO was scheduled a week after paperwork submitted. System works and when done by those who use it constantly and it provides great results. For Short Sales I use Consumer Land Title who specializes in Short Sales, does a lot of files with BOA Equator as well as many other banks. They are very responsive and professional. Cristy Obeso Naime is the manager([email protected]), whom I have known for many years, she is personable and very efficient at expediting files. Their fees are included in banks approval.
