Two of our newest agents from Las Olas will be performing in a role play of the Listing Presentation:
MONDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2010 FROM 10AM TO NOON (with Q/A at the end) at EWM Coral Gables office, 550 South Dixie Highway, (small conference room).
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2010, FROM 10AM TO NOON (with Q/A at the end) at EWM Weston Town Center office, 2000 Main Street (small conference room).
If the audience is too large, we will move to the larger conference rooms.
This exercise will be a great addition to our professional development program. One of the “actors” has extensive retail and consultative experience, has already been on his first listing appointment and obtained the listing. He has not yet finished the program and has volunteered to do this. Our “actress” is an architect turned agent!
