Did you know that your buyers can use EWM’s Mobile app to get instant information on all listings in the MLS in both Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. That includes both residential and commercial, for lease and for sale properties.
To use the app (exclusive to EWM), simply send a text to 59559 and type EWM in the body of the message. Within seconds, they receive a response with two choices – either information for a specific property address or for GPS enabled cell phones, information for every available property for sale or rent in the location they are texting from. You also can use the mobile app if you do not have access to the MLS at that very moment. However, as an agent you receive the agent view which gives you more information than a buyer would get such as the actual listing agent and their telephone number plus showing instructions (if noted) and the status of the listing, active, pending, etc. The consumer sees only the price, bedroom/baths and if it is an EWM listing, the name and number of the listing agent, if not a company listing the nearest EWM listing agent to that property.
However, you can go one step further and have your own custom code for only $20/month, such as RONEWM. Having your buyers or consumers text your custom code to 59559, will ensure you receive a text notification on any property they might look up. Without a custom code the text message goes to the EWM listing agent, if not our listing it will go to the nearest EWM listing agent to that property.
