John, we’ve had success using EWM Title (Jennifer Rubido) for all of our short sale listings. She’s extremely efficient & a pleasure to work with.

I have used and currently using the law firm or Peter Prevetti and Nelson Taracido in South Miami. I have closed with them two those far and I very pleased with their work. You can tell them Josie sent you. One of the things I like is that they don’t get paid if they don’t close the deal.

the Brickell office has had success with Clear Title Group. Attorney Jay Parker. 305-6952699. I am dealing with them now and they have been cooperative and quick.
