I am seeking a full-time marketing person to work out of our Coral Gables office.
The ideal candidate must be self motivated, very organized, creative and take pride in their work. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills, good time management and a strong work ethic.
Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast paced work environment.
Graphic Design and Layout experience necessary.
Real Estate knowledge/experience is a plus.
Duties include:
Brochures, Ads, Constant Contact email campaigns, Flyers, Website Content management, Organizing/Uploading Photos and descriptions, Data Entry, Maintaining Company Branding on all marketing materials, Printing and filing, and keeping organized records
Computer application experience required: Adobe Photoshop & Indesign CS4, MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook). Candidate must be familiar with Mac. Illustrator, Dreamweaver, basic HTML/CSS, and basic Social networking experience are pluses.
