As an associate of EWM, we’re always looking for new ways to bring you value. Today we’re proud and excited to announce that we have partnered with Realtors Property Resource™ (RPR) to bring Broker Tool Sets (BTS) to you. This is a set of tools which include our EWM branding elements on both the RPR header display and reports. Affiliated Service Modules, such as mortgage, title and insurance will now display in the right-hand sidebar as well as on reports.
If you haven’t already heard, RPR is the National Association of Realtors® exclusive online real estate library. With this new resource you will have unparalleled access to data that will give you a competitive edge with your clients. At its base are over 147 million property records, built from public record and assessment information. Then layers of data have been added such as zoning, permits, and mortgage and lien data. And most importantly we have enhanced the datasets by integrating MLS data to create the most robust catalog of properties ever assembled.
Please note: We are live with data from the Miami Association of Realtors only. Data from Ft. Lauderdale will be incorporated within the next 60 days.
There are two key differences between RPR and national real estate websites you or your clients may have used. First, RPR is available exclusively to REALTORS®. Second, it offers reports and analytical tools that help you turn a mountain of data into genuine market insight.
How do I get access?
If you have already created an RPR account, you will see BTS next time you login. A link to RPR has been added to ewmrealtors.com, under Virtual Office or you may CLICK HERE to create an RPR account. On your first visit you’ll need to sign up for your account. Choose “Create a New Account”, enter your last name and NRDS ID number (your NRDS number is on your NAR magazine label) and click on “Create”. Once your name and NRDS ID is validated, you will go through a four-step wizard to create your account. RPR Training
RPR offers various webinar options throughout the week. REALTOR webinars will walk users through getting started with RPR, while also focusing in on search and search results, valuation and the reporting functionality. Generally sessions are 50 minutes.
