My friend has just sold her house and must find a rental by August 1. She needs a minimum of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Gables, Grove, Falls. She is willing to pay up to $3,500 commensurate to the house’s size and condition. She has 2 dogs of about 35 to 45 pounds each.
