Have you ever thought about hiring an assistant, sharing an assistant with a colleague, or hiring a high school student in a work-study program who may be interested in Real Estate? This may mean a contribution to the work-study program and your grading the student — in lieu of the student’s getting paid (which is easy for you to manage). Check with your local high schools to see if they have such a program.
