Just a quick reminder to RSVP for the Supra Signature Services sessions that the Miami Association of Realtors is hosting for EWM tomorrow, September 13th in Broward at the Signature Grand.

Questions and Answers about Supra Lockboxes:
So, what is changing that will require the majority of agents to use the Supra service? It’s now FREE to all MIAMI Members so there is absolutely no barrier to using the electronic keys and boxes. MAR has subsidized these $117.50 lock boxes that can be purchased at EWM’s session for only $12.50 each (much less than the cost of combo boxes). MAR has also started a huge PR campaign and ads to the Realtors and the public to NEVER allow combo boxes on their properties. The board’s goal is to get rid of all by year-end.
What is going to be the cost structure? The eKey can be downloaded into your smart phone and as they have sent out many times – it is absolutely FREE – no charge for the eKey on your phone – saving you $190/year – also FREE fob/adapter – and no $50 activation fee … FREE FREE FREE!!!
Is the board switching to another style lockbox? Is there a fee to switch from the current lockboxes? The current iboxes continue to work – but in mid-January they will do a 1 for 1 exchange of all MIAMI iboxes for brand new $100 Bluetooth Technology Boxes – at absolutely no cost – FREE!!
Do agents that already have Supra need to attend? Only if they want to learn more about Supra Web and how to best use it for yourself and your sellers … and to learn about the new Premium Plus Services.
If I can’t make one of these EWM sessions, is there an alternative? Come to any of the MIAMI Supra sessions at MAR – they will be holding them weekly in Dade and Broward.
