Previously, I had written a blog, “Why Us,” on ActiveRain.com. 
On the first day of a new training session, I always ask the trainees to give me their backgrounds, why Real Estate, and why EWM.
Two agents came from two separate companies and expressed that they had to beg for even the simplest request from their prior companies, i.e., where are the contracts? They both agreed that they NOW feel they have really entered the business FOR REAL because they are at EWM.
My recent inquiry was from a young woman from Miami Beach who used a prior agent from Company Blue to make her purchases before getting her license. I asked, “Why EWM?”
She answered, “I liked your company profile!”
