Love Paperwork? At Miami Beach Office . . .

WANTED:  Mature, self-motivated Administrative Assistant needed for busy team.

Hours:

  • Thursday: 9-6
  • Friday: 9-6
  • Saturday: 9:30-5

Must:

  • Be detailed oriented
  • Possess excellent verbal and written skills (good grammar skills to reply to e-mails;  ability to write ads and use spellcheck)
  • Possess great command of the English language; Spanish a plus
  • Possess computer skills: MLS, databases, Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)
  • Possess great phone skills
  • Be able to book appointments
  • Be a self-starter
  • Be familiar with office equipment (scanners, copiers, etc.)

I would prefer the applicant to possess:

  • Knowledge of the MLS,  but not necessary (will train).
  • Great organizational skills a must, and
  • A willingness to handle my charitable-events database.

I would prefer someone who lives on Miami Beach or in close proximity to same.

Salary commensurate with abilities and experience.
