?i everybody. I am having a hard time finding 2/2 place on Miami beach for 4 months rental period. Staying in the property for 2 more months is a strong possibility but would depend on a visa (which they will know sometimes in March). Cash will be paid up front. Flexible on the price 5000 – 8000$.
The Tenants are a 32 yer old woman and 2 months old baby and a babysitter in and out.
They prefer modern style and a newer furniture plus would really appreciate ocean view. Moving in dates December 28-29 or January 1-2.
