Short term rental needed – Falls/Dadeland/Kendall area

I have a client looking for a house for lease in the Falls/Dadeland/Kendall area for +/- 2 months, Minium 3 bedrooms. They are a family with 3 kids and 2 small dogs. The dogs can stay outside if the house has a covered patio.

    What is the budget? I have a house for rent at 8923 SW 96 St behind Baptist at $5500/mo. The owner would be willing to rent short term.
