Fannie Mae recently announced a special incentive for HomePath properties in 27 states during the FirstLook™ period. FirstLook™ is a program which allows owner occupants who are buying the home as their primary residence to submit offers and purchase properties without competition from investor offers.
REALTORS® can use RPR to work with Fannie Mae HomePath properties. RPR receives a daily feed from Fannie Mae that identifies HomePath properties, and indicates whether they are currently in the FirstLook™ period as well as if they qualify for the HomePath Mortgage or Renovation Mortgage programs.
