As some of you are aware, there have been problems this week emailing to persons with AOL and Yahoo email addresses. It appears that any associate forwarding their mail from an ewm.com email address to an AOL or Yahoo account may have problems receiving their email. In addition, these “forwards” being forwarded through our company EWM email account may be affecting our ability to email to those persons with either AOL or Yahoo email addresses.
We aren’t sure where this is leading with AOL or Yahoo, but in the interim, please know that emails that you might send to an AOL or Yahoo account user may not be delivered. The best way to ensure that those with AOL or Yahoo accounts receive your email, is to use another email service, such as gmail.com, or any providers.
EWM will be discontinuing any “forward” of associate emails to an AOL or Yahoo account, so that the changes being made by these two email providers will not affect the email delivery for others throughout our company.
This link below will take you to an article on the back page of Saturday’s Miami Herald Money section, which explains in more detail the changes made by AOL and Yahoo this week.
We’re sorry for any inconveniences that you have encountered due to these changes. Neither AOL or Yahoo provided any notice prior to these changes.
If you are forwarding your EWM email account to AOL or Yahoo, please log in to EWM’s live help so we can remove the forward.
