Upon a closed sale and receipt of the referral fee, you are paid off the top of the amount received based on your split with EWM. EWM Realtors® is also obligated to contractually pay Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM, our referral network, a 20% referral fee out of the remaining EWM monies. )
