EarthLink our long distance carrier has made some upgrades to their platform to improve the calling experience. No longer will you be prompted to put in your long distance code. Instead after dialing your long distance number you will hear a tone, once you hear the tone please put in your long distance code and the # (pound) sign to complete your call.
