    8260 SW 92nd St is listed at 689k, but I believe it to be totally overpriced for the area. They have had it on the market for several months now and may be willing to go down in price. I think it is worth a shot calling them. They purchased it in the high 400ks a year ago and then renovated it. I think the hard part is going to be getting them to give you a commission since it is FSBO.
