A couple of months ago we all went to the Chris Leader seminar at the Dolphin Mall. After I left, the whole time I was thinking what energy Chris had while he presented. I didn’t sign up immediately because I had left a little overwhelmed; also wasn’t sure how I was going to pull off the level of commitment he was looking for while balancing the summer months with a school child at home. The next day I continued thinking about what a great opportunity it would be to sign up and see what the nine weeks was all about.
It was a great experience to go through with my fellow office colleagues. The nine weeks came and went! The calls added up and so did the results…and I haven’t regretted the choice I made to take the course. I think the Chris Leader program is one of the tools that EWM has offered us to keep us on the cutting edge. I bring this up because as I attended today’s meeting in Coral Gables, I sat down and had the same experience I had when I went to the Chris Leader workshop at Dolphin Mall. The whole conversation of blogging left me overwhelmed again. Here I sat thinking… Okay now I have to balance Chris Leader techniques and include blogging? Wow! But as the afternoon has passed, I think that blogging can be an exciting way for us to express the different things that are going on. I am glad to be part of a company that wants to separate itself from the others and offer us all the different tools to stay above all the rest of our competition. So I guess blogging here I come!!
If I may make a suggestion…how about we have a forum to discuss Leader’s Choice with others who attended the nine weeks?
Anyways, thanks to all for putting Chris Leader together and definitely for bringing us in to the age of blogging. I can only imagine where we are going to go next!!!
