Ordering EWM Printed Materials

EWM’s Marketing, Accounting and IT departments have teamed up to make our system for ordering stationery and other printed corporate materials easier for you and more efficient for EWM. The attached PDF is our new Order Form. You can also find this Order Form at ewmrealtors.com under the new Admin tab. From now on, when you wish to order letterhead, envelopes, EWM Corporate Brochures or any other of our standard pieces, your office will need to:

1. Download the form here. Fill out the form on the computer screen using the pull-down tabs and typing in all required information
2. Print the form
3. Send the form via scan to Email from your Xerox to [email protected]

Printing orders will be placed by our Corporate Office on a monthly basis, so please plan ahead.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

* The printed items you order are for the general use of everyone in your office. If any individual associate requests a quantity of letterhead, envelopes, mailing labels, etc., in excess of 100 pieces, the request needs to be approved by the Office Manager and you’ll need to alert [email protected] so the associate can be billed appropriately.

* For each printed item you request, it’s important to specify the number of pieces — not boxes or cartons — your office needs. For instance, if your office were to request three boxes of letterhead, we would have no way of knowing how many letterhead you actually need or have room to store. Printers use different size boxes to fit different size orders. You could have 500 pieces in a box, 1000 pieces, or anywhere in between. So please be specific when ordering.

* All orders must be placed using the attached form and emailing it to [email protected]. No orders can be filled by making a verbal request, sending a fax or sending the form via interoffice mail.

A note from the Marketing Department: Every now and again, we’ll probably ask you to give us a count of the printed materials you have in inventory. This is so we can help you place printing orders in the most cost effective quantities possible. FYI – if we were to order 500 envelopes for your office, each envelope would cost nearly twice as much as it would if we were to order 1000 envelopes.

I am glad I stumbled over this post. I will advise Violeta our receptionist of the new procedure.
