WANTED – DOG FRIENDLY BUILDINGS FOR RENTERS!

This week I had a renter with two English Springer Spaniel’s (over 20 lbs) looking for a rental in Coconut Grove. I found out that the Grovenor House will take renters with pets, Grove Garden (where I have a great 2/2.5 listing) and Grove Club (the funky building on the corner of 27th Avenue and US1 will take them but The Ritz Carlton will not. The Ritz Carlton allows owners to have pets but not renters. Does anyone know of other buildings that will take renters with pets over 20 lbs?

    A tough one!

    If you can get your clients to South Beach, 1500 Ocean Dr. (the Michael Graves building), might work for them.

    Unless 1500 Ocean has changed the rules recently, they have a very liberal pet policy, even for a tenant.
