Yes, believe it or not, our contest has come to an end. We had a 6-week contest for the agent who would bring the most transactions. Everyone worked very hard but Martine took the lead during the last 2 weeks where she received double points for reducing her listings. I know we have had a difficult year but reducing her listings will surely make things better. She was able to demonstrate to her sellers that it was imperative to reduce their listings if they wanted to really sell them. Congrats to Martine and to all that worked hard.
But don’t worry my competitive agents, the November contest will be starting next week. Jaime (from EWM Mortgage) and I will give a prize to the agent who will blog the most this month. The contest will end Friday, November 30th.
