Through a new partnership with Interact CE, Florida Realtors now offers members an enjoyable, easy way to earn CE credits in preparation for license renewal.
The online program doesn’t rely exclusively on reading followed by multiple choice tests; it includes role playing “games,” and gives Realtor members the ability to work anywhere on any device in short or long segments. It also offers instant certification upon completion.
“The Interact CE web-based platform allows the member to participate in engaging real-world simulations in a ‘gamification’ format,” says Cynthia DeLuca, chair of Florida Realtors’ Curriculum Subcommittee. “The members are continually challenged to master real-world real estate scenarios to help them become more productive and profitable.”
DeLuca says the association is “happy to be a new business partner with Interact CE and looks forward to the benefits our members will receive.”
The program’s goal is to provide an educational experience that’s also fun. During a single course, a Realtor may be acting as a buyer’s agent or a seller’s agent. They could be advertising their business or negotiating deals. Interact CE also offers ethics training.
While Interact CE is a new program for Florida Realtors, other state associations have offered it to members for a while.
