The service is provided through Matthew Ferrara & Company, a real estate technology consulting company selected as a LeadingRE Institute partner.
For just $19.99, you can call the hotline and receive expert advice until your technology problem is fixed. If your problem cannot be fixed, there will be no charge. Any service outside of the scope of general tech support will be billed at regular support rates, but the menu of included services is comprehensive:
