Short-term Rental Needed!

I am looking for a short-term rental, which is needed from December to May, furnished and pet friendly. South Miami, Kendall, Pinecrest, Gables, Grove, really anything will work. Please let me know if anybody knows of somebody who may be willing to rent short-term and meets this criteria. Thanks! 305.960.2415

    Would South Beach work? I am one of the owner’s (unfortunately a very minor owner)of a few buildings and we will deal with pet’s, as long as the tenant is willing to be home whenever repairs need to be made in order to conrol the pet. 50lbs. is about our limit, and of cousre, there is a refundable deposit of $150+. (Also: No reptiles. I know it sounds crazy, but I have experienced almost everything: Snakes & Lizards that that are bigger than me , Monster Frogs…you name it, I think I have seen it.

    Lindsey I have a one bed on Normandy Island that would suit a short term rental. The asking is 1250 per month and includes utilities. Pets OK. It is very cute and tastefully furnished!

    Give me a call-I have two rentals in S Miami-completely different which might work. One is furnished, one partly furnished, but we could get more, I suspect. One a lovely pool home recently bought for 775K, and the buyers have yet to see their home in the Gables, so have asked me to rent this one. It is 4200 month, 6495 Sunset Dr, in Orrs Pond. The other is smaller 2/2 and 1500 month, dont know about animals, but will find out. It is in walking distance to S M. Completely different but both good and with owners who will consider 6 month rentals or there abouts.
