I’m looking for a cottage in search of a great tenant!
A very good friend of mine, whose local business you may have heard of – “The Zoo Nanny” – is looking for a new home. She has been living for the last few years in the cottage on an estate, and as partial payment of rent, she has kept an eye on things while the owners traveled. 
That estate has recently been sold and as a result, she needs to find a new home. Ideally, she would like to find a similar arrangement if possible in the area of Coral Gables, Coconut Grove or South Miami where most of her Zoo Nanny clients are located.
Having retired from a career as a well-traveled international flight attendant with 
you would find her to be articulate and responsible. She is respectful of other people and their property and comes highly recommended by former landlords and clients alike.
