EWM Complaint free?

A few weeks back, James Venney our Homeservices Lending loan officer in many of our south Dade offices, wrote a post challenging all EWM associates to accept a bracelet and live a complaint free life for 21 days. His challenge is based on the popular book A Complaint Free World ~ How to Stop Complaining and Start Enjoying The Life You Always Wanted”.

It didn’t take long to see purple bracelets popping up in EWM offices. Just yesterday, our PR firm contactied James to appear on South Florida Today show the week of February 18th. So now I want to extend the challenge to all of our EWM offices.

The market is tough and complaints are one of the few things that are easy to come by. What a powerful statement it would be for James to make his TV debut by saying that EWM is complaint free!

So, to assist James in his mission to help us all, I will extend his offer of 100 bracelets to be open to anyone who wants to accept the challenge.

    James has been a terrific positive influence. I have my bracelet but haven’t yet made it to the 21 straight days. The person in the parking lot who took paint off my fender when I wasn’t even there really did in my quest; and I had to start over! It’s really great that James will get some TV time! And good for all EWM too!

    Beth, I love what James presented to our Pinecrest office. The awareness it brings is amazing! It’s become fun making positive responses and comments in an environment of more than ample complaints and negative outlooks. I encourage everyone to participate in this challenge! Something so simple as a bracelet impacting our personal lives as well as our livelihood.

    I want one! I don’t complain at work, I just listen to complaints, but I have been told I complain at home…

    Can I get some for my complainers in the office?

    Or do they have to personal subscribe?

    I ordered the bracelets on line last week for my office and I am waiting for them to arrive. I can’t wait to start the challenge and a lot of the agents in the office want to give it a try also. I can’t wait: )

    James came by the Coconut Grove office last week and we are trying our best! Everyone is on board and we’ll see who is the first person to make 21 days…I have an idea who will make it!
