As a reminder to the network, our Marketing REsource system is a community of users and the email reputation of our platform is shared across all users and places. Therefore, there is a responsibility on all of us to be sure we are sending to users who have authorized us to send them communications, with active and accurate email addresses.
During December, some eCards that were sent via the Marketing REsource platform were flagged as spam from Spamhaus and other spam monitoring systems. Moving forward, every quarter our vendor will review email addresses in the system and opting-out those that receive 30 or more emails from Marketing REsource over the previous three months with no activity (no views of any of the emails).
If agents would like to re opt-in any contacts in the Marketing REsource system, they can do so from the contact section.
