My money and mouth are in the same place. Many years ago my broker told me that I would always make a good living selling real estate but the real money he said, was in buying. I took his advice and bought my first property in 1983. I went quiet for a few years but gained some confidence after a decade or so. Like many of us, I was busy ferreting out terrific buys for my clients. On one such occasion a grateful buyer turned around and re-listed the fluffed property with a discount broker. Why hadn’t I bought that property myself? Thank you Mrs. Williams for that hard learned lesson.
