Ok, next…for every website that follows make sure you create a profile and SAVE your IDs and passwords somewhere safe where you can refer to them later. I store them on my Outlook under a category I call Computer. Everything about my computer lives there.

A good idea is to have a virtual tour of your property and you can do it yourself with www.visualtours.com or have a photographer come from Obeo either way if you have a price change make sure the price is adjusted and only the unbranded tour will be posted with MLXChange.
If you are a tech oriented agent then perhaps a YouTube video of the property might appeal to your customer. MLX:You need to check your MLXChange website and make sure that your Pictures are entered with description. Many don’t know that they can add a description in your own words for each pictures and they can enter up to 16 pics. Make sure that you post your best 6 pictures first because those are forwarded to other sites.
