Recently my students have come to me with Sherrie Porter’s magic friends and family referral letter. We have managed to turn this into a Max project.
While we were having class last Thursday in Pinecrest, Maggy Torres merged her Max letter with her e-mail contact list. While during our contract discussion, she flashed her phone to the class revealing she had received a text message:
Friend “xxxx” living on West Coast of Florida is planning to move to Ft. Lauderdale/Aventura area or back to New York.
It was exciting to see the marketing work so quickly. So I have named this tool, “Sherrie Porter’s Magic Friends & Family Referral Letter.”
This letter is in Word format in the EWMRealtors Forms – under RELO forms. Like I said, this is a Word document; however, if you send me your photo (3/4 body shot is better, but not necessary – updated photo would be nice) and information, I will make you a jpeg to upload into Max (and will assist you in doing same).
Personalize the letter in Max by using a merge variable in the subject line, i.e., “##contactfirst name##, I have some exciting news for you!”
