Recently, Carol Pawley and a frustrated client came to me about a make good opportunity with regard to some of our website outages. Today, we posted our first Featured Property post… see it here. I ended up liking the idea so much I would like to make the offer to everyone to Feature a special listing on a weekly basis. If you have a listing that you would liek to see featured ont he front page of ewm.com here are the requirements:
1. Listing needs to have several good quality photos on line- and be decent looking. No cars in front or dirt piles in the middle of the room. Nicely furnished helps too. No toilet pictures, please.
2. Listing needs to be among the best prices in the neighborhood.
3. Put up a blog post with pictures (I can help on this if you like- just make sure the pictures are uploaded to the ewmrealtors website). Make sure the post includes the price, a good description of the property and some neighborhood info and market stats.
I would like to feature a new listing every Thursday – so it would also be helpful if it was to be open the following weekend.
