The December/January Unique Homes publication will have a special focus on the luxury outlook for 2009, including stories on trends in the high-end property market as well as markets to watch in 2009. The regional spotlights will be Boston, San Francisco, Palm Beach and Washington D.C. Although these are the spotlights of this issue, the Luxury Portfolio ad is appropriate for all property types. All Luxury Portfolio members can access Unique Homes Magazine at the rate of $500/property. The Luxury Portfolio ad comprises of a spread of multiple pages, each containing six properties. This ad is the same format as the duPont Registry ad.

ALL properties advertised through the Luxury Portfolio advertising campaign must be on the Luxury Portfolio website.
