Daily Email Flyers Missing Information – My PET PEEVE!!

If you are anything like me, you may receive up to 100 or more emails a day which are not directly from a client, many times from a Realtor advertising their listing via email. The concept is a great idea, but here is a way to have more people read your marketing related emails: PUT ALL THE PERTINENT INFORMATION IN THE SUBJECT LINE. That way, one can scan quickly through many emails and read or discard them more efficiently. Here is an example of a subject line:

1444 Robbia Ave. Gables WOW! 3/2 1/2 +den + office + !!!Putting Green!!!, $1,385,000.

Price is often omitted altogether when advertising new listings & open houses. Try presenting all the pertinent information up front, first on the subject line, then again on the attached brochure.
